Preparation Steps
- Combine all liquids, except sparkling white grape juice, in large container and chill in refrigerator.
- Just before serving, pour into punchbowl and mix in sparkling white grape juice.
- Float lime and kiwi slices on top.
Cook Tips and Variations
- To keep punch cold make an ice ring. Using juice or another flavored liquid prevents a watered down punch.
To make the mold, fill a ring mold (typically used to make gelatin salads) with one of the juices used in the punch recipe. Freeze until solid. If you don't have a ring mold just use a bowl filled to a depth of about 2 inches.
To remove ice ring from the mold, dip mold into a bowl of warm water. Immediately place in punch bowl.
