Festive Ruby Punch

Dole Juice
Ingredients
7 cups Tropicana® Pure Premium Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
4 cups Dole® Pineapple Juice
2/3 cup Grenadine syrup
3 cups sparkling white grape juice, chilled
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
Preparation Steps
  1. Combine all liquids, except sparkling white grape juice, in large container and chill in refrigerator.
  2. Just before serving, pour into punchbowl and mix in sparkling white grape juice.
  3. Float lime and kiwi slices on top.
Cook Tips and Variations
  • To keep punch cold make an ice ring. Using juice or another flavored liquid prevents a watered down punch. To make the mold, fill a ring mold (typically used to make gelatin salads) with one of the juices used in the punch recipe. Freeze until solid. If you don't have a ring mold just use a bowl filled to a depth of about 2 inches. To remove ice ring from the mold, dip mold into a bowl of warm water. Immediately place in punch bowl.
